A cozy podcast where Zhenya Chebatkov, Rasul Chabdarov, and your humble servant explore various historical events and personalities.

The show has been running since July 2020. It has climbed to the top of listening charts on major audio platforms like Yandex Music and Apple Podcasts. Along the way, it has cultivated a unique style, sparked memes, and garnered a large loyal audience.

Since 2023, “Istorii (Stories)” has mainly aired on the VK platform. A book based on the podcast is expected to be published in 2024.

A new YouTube channel is dedicated to exploring creativity in general and in particular. It currently features only one project: “Portreti (Portraits)” — artistic and dynamic interviews involving not only the main character but also the city and nature.

An annual comedy festival in Kazakhstan, the first of its kind in the country, was held in September 2022. Over three days, Almaty locals attended more than 80 shows featuring headliners, stand-up concerts, special formats, tournaments, educational lectures, and tours.

In December 2023, the festival shifted its focus to local comedians with the slogan “Support your local.” The event featured workshops by local producers, popular artists, open mics, tournaments, and recordings of the best monologues. The festival’s main partner was the international TV channel Comedy Central.

The third consecutive festival is planned for fall 2024.

A versatile space in downtown Almaty for events of any format: concerts, filmings, lectures, festivals, stand-up, parties, corporate events, business events, markets.

The venue has a flexible capacity of 200 to 400 people and includes a transformable stage, equipment setup area, dressing rooms, a fully equipped bar, and the capability to prepare elaborate meals.

The Almaty Central Stand-Up Club is the largest stand-up club in Kazakhstan, located right in the center of Almaty. It proudly hosts daily live performances by local and visiting comedians and frequently showcases appearances by YouTube stars. These entertaining events are conducted in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English.

The club began operating in October 2022 under the temporary name StandBy Club. In early 2023, it moved into the space of the former Admiral Nelson nightclub, and the official opening under a new name took place in September.

The club positions itself as a neutral urban venue for any artists, without a residency system. The Central team also manages tours across Kazakhstan and produces content for the Almaty Central Stand Up YouTube channel.

An educational-entertainment show featuring strict teacher Nureke educating a multiethnic class of comedians. The 18+ show is presented in the form of a school lesson, during which the students not only learn Kazakh but also gain insight into the language's nuances and the culture.

YouTube channel featuring solo performances by popular comedians and rising stars. The project’s uniqueness lies in the overall setup and details (from decorations to the intro sketch) reflecting the artist’s individuality.

During its run, 50 episodes were released, garnering several hundred thousand views each, sometimes exceeding a million.

A podcast show where scientists and comedians explore the present and possible futures, from shamanism to cyborgs. The show follows a “simple explanations for complex topics” format with experts in various fields. In the podcast, comedians attempt to understand the incomprehensible world of science by asking sometimes childish or trivial questions to science popularizers such as neurophysiologist Vyacheslav Dubynin, economist Ruben Enikolopov, mycologist Mikhail Vishnevsky, and many others.

An alternative solution to the Ossetian-Ingush territorial conflict and a creative continuation of academic research on the potential of media as a tool for neutralizing “frozen” interethnic conflicts. It is proposed to designate the disputed Prigorodny District as a territory of federal significance, transforming it into a multinational innovative technopolis, similar to Innopolis and Skolkovo. The creation of such a science city is expected to institutionally address a range of regional issues—access to and interest in education and innovation, interethnic tension, positioning of the federal center, logistics, and more.

Endless interviews about the eternal. The interview lasts until the guest leaves on their own. The format is minimalist: no musical accompaniment, intros, or special effects, nothing to distract from the guest, just the most interesting extracts from hours of private conversation. Some episodes garnered over two to three million views on YouTube.

A podcast show about parent-child relationships. Mikhail Shats and his daughter Sonya spent most of their lives with little communication, and now they are making up for lost time by inviting guests and discussing their own mistakes and successes in generational relationships. The podcast addresses topics such as family relationships, parental motivation, childhood traumas, reinterpreting these traumas as one grows older, and how to build relationships between adult children and their parents. Guests share their stories and experiences, which listeners can often relate to.

The channel publishes the author’s texts, arguments, job offers, announcements of new projects and events, recommendations for books, music, or educational lectures. It also includes a mixture of personal attitudes, introspection, and jokes.

This project involves people discussing their cultures, including national, geographical, and professional aspects. Through this project, we can learn about distinctive concepts, images, and explanations from speakers of various cultures, presented with animation.

A show in which comedians experience a luxurious lifestyle funded by producers. The goal of the show is to prove that money is not the most important thing in life. Rasul Chabdarov and Guram Amaryan satirize the pursuit of a luxurious lifestyle with its stereotypical attributes: expensive cars, extravagant branded clothing, huge houses, and parties with celebrities.

An informative and entertaining show dedicated to "isms" — intellectual movements, philosophical/economic/political directions, and concepts. The overarching plot involves applying elements of these ideologies to the reality of Russia. It's a documentary-artistic film with numerous inserts and references, featuring a unique format that includes various segments, expert interviews, and celebrity cameos.
